About Style Events
What is a DJ-led orchestra — and how is it different from a wedding band?
Alex & Amir invented a third format. A wedding band plays live covers. A DJ plays recordings. We do both simultaneously — a world-class DJ mixing in real time with live musicians (violin, saxophone, percussion, vocalists) performing over the DJ’s sound. When the beat drops, the violin answers. The energy of a global club, the emotion of a live orchestra. No band matches the musical range. No DJ matches the live energy.

Yes. For over two decades, Style Events has been providing exceptional entertainment for private celebrations, corporate events, and milestone occasions across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Our dynamic MC/DJ teams and talented performers set the tone for an unforgettable environment, complemented by custom lighting, interactive entertainment, photo booth, and lounge décor.
Planning & Logistics
How far in advance should we book?
For NYC Tri-State weddings, we recommend booking 12–18 months in advance for peak dates (May–June, September–October). Destination weddings require at least 12 months. Use “Check your date” above to confirm availability — we respond within 24 hours with no obligation.
What areas do you serve?
Our primary market is the New York Tri-State area — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We also perform regularly in the Hamptons, Palm Beach, Beverly Hills, and Miami. For destination weddings, we travel worldwide — South of France, Italy, Israel, Cape Town, Rio, Cabo, and more. We handle all travel and logistics.
Do you handle full production — sound, lighting, and staging?
Style Events is a complete international event entertainment and production company. We provide ceremony sound, cocktail musicians, DJ orchestra, intelligent lighting, LED walls, custom staging, dance floors, lounge décor, pipe & drape, branded photo booth, and specialty performers. Many couples use us as their single entertainment vendor for the entire wedding weekend.
